maksad bhi zuban par aaya nahi
bin mange diya aur itna diya
daman me hamare samaya nahi

He gave without being asked, and gave so much
That it could not all fit within the folds of our cloak!

imaan mila unke sadke
quran mila unke sadke
rehmaan mila unke sadke
woh kya hai jo hamne paaya nahi
Through his blessing, we received faith
Through his blessing, we received the Quran
Through his blessing, we found our way to the Merciful God
What is there that we have not received through him?

dil bhar gaye mangto ke lekin, dene se teri niyat na bahri
jo aya use bhar bhar ke diya
mehroom koi laut aya nahi
The hearts of those who asked were filled to the brim, yet your own intention to give never overflowed its bounds
Whoever came, he gave them more than enough
No one left empty-handed

khrushid e qayamat ki taapish, mana ke qayamat hi hogi
hum unke hai ghabraye kyun
kya humpe nabi ka saya nahi
Yes, the scorching sun of the Day of Judgment will be unbearable, there is no denying it
But we belong to him [the Prophet (pbuh)], so why should we be afraid?
Does the shade of the Prophet (pbuh) not fall over us?

wo rehmat kaisi rehmat hai
mafhoom samjh lo rehmat ka
usko bhi gale se lagaaya hai
jise apna kisi ne banaya nahi
What a mercy his mercy truly is
Try to understand the real meaning of mercy
He embraced even those
Whom no one else had ever claimed as their own
