Surah 113 of 114

الفلق

Al-Falaq · The Daybreak

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. 113:1

   قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ ۝١

   QaraiSay, ‘I seek the protection of the Lord of the daybreak

2. 113:2

   مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ۝٢

   Qaraifrom the evil of what He has created,

3. 113:3

   وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ۝٣

   Qaraiand from the evil of the dark night when it falls,

4. 113:4

   وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ ۝٤

   Qaraiand from the evil of the witches, who blow on knots,

5. 113:5

   وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ۝٥

   Qaraiand from the evil of the envious one when he envies.’
