بِسْمِ
-
64:1
يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى
ٱ ل سَّمَٰ وَٰ تِ وَمَا فِىٱ لْأَرْضِ ۖ لَهُٱ لْمُلْكُ وَلَهُٱ لْحَمْدُ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ ۢق َدِي رٌ ١Yusabbihu lillahi ma feeassamawati wama fee al-ardilahu almulku walahu alhamdu wahuwa AAala kullishay-in qadeer
Whatever there is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Allah. To Him belongs all sovereignty and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things.Ali Quli Qarai
Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth is exalting Allāh. To Him belongs dominion, and to Him belongs [all] praise, and He is over all things competent.Saheeh International

64:2
هُوَ
ٱ لَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ فَمِنك ُمْ كَافِرٌ ۭو َمِنك ُم م ُّؤْمِنٌ ۭۚ و َٱ للَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِي رٌ ٢Huwa allathee khalaqakum faminkum kafirunwaminkum mu/minun wallahu bima taAAmaloonabaseer
It is He who created you. Then some of you are faithless and some of you are faithful, and Allah watches what you do.Ali Quli Qarai
It is He who created you, and among you is the disbeliever, and among you is the believer. And Allāh, of what you do, is Seeing.Saheeh International

64:3
خَلَقَ
ٱ ل سَّمَٰ وَٰ تِ وَٱ لْأَرْضَ بِٱ لْحَقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُمْ فَأَحْسَنَ صُوَرَكُمْ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِٱ لْمَصِي رُ ٣Khalaqa assamawati wal-ardabilhaqqi wasawwarakum faahsana suwarakumwa-ilayhi almaseer
He created the heavens and the earth with consummate wisdom, and He formed you and perfected your forms, and toward Him is your destination.Ali Quli Qarai
He created the heavens and earth in truth and formed you and perfected your forms; and to Him is the [final] destination.Saheeh International

64:4
يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى
ٱ ل سَّمَٰ وَٰ تِ وَٱ لْأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَ ۚ وَٱ للَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ ب ِذَاتِٱ ل صُّدُو رِ ٤YaAAlamu ma fee assamawatiwal-ardi wayaAAlamu ma tusirroona wamatuAAlinoona wallahu AAaleemun bithati assudoor
He knows whatever there is in the heavens and the earth, and He knows whatever you hide and whatever you disclose, and Allah knows best what is in your breasts.Ali Quli Qarai
He knows what is within the heavens and earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare. And Allāh is Knowing of that within the breasts.Saheeh International

64:5
أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَبَؤُ
ا۟ ٱ لَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن ق َبْ لُ فَذَاقُوا۟ وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِي مٌۭ ٥Alam ya/tikum nabao allatheena kafaroomin qablu fathaqoo wabala amrihim walahum AAathabunaleem
Has there not come to you the account of those who were faithless before? They tasted the evil consequence of their conduct, and there is a painful punishment for them.Ali Quli Qarai
Has there not come to you the news of those who disbelieved before? So they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment.Saheeh International

64:6
ذَ
ٰ لِكَ بِأَنّ َهُۥ كَانَت تَّأْتِيهِمْ رُسُلُهُم ب ِٱ لْبَيِّنَٰ تِ فَقَالُوٓ ا۟ أَبَشَرٌ ۭي َهْدُونَنَا فَكَفَرُوا۟ وَتَوَلَّوا۟ ۚ وَّٱ سْتَغْنَىٱ للَّهُ ۚ وَٱ للَّهُ غَنِىٌّ حَمِي د ٌۭ ٦Thalika bi-annahu kanatta/teehim rusuluhum bilbayyinati faqalooabasharun yahdoonana fakafaroo watawallaw wastaghnaAllahu wallahu ghaniyyun hameed
That was because their apostles would bring them manifest proofs, but they said, ‘Will humans be our guides?!’ So they disbelieved and turned away, and Allah had no need [of their faith] and Allah is all-sufficient, all-laudable.Ali Quli Qarai
That is because their messengers used to come to them with clear evidences, but they said, "Shall human beings guide us?" and disbelieved and turned away. And Allāh dispensed [with them]; and Allāh is Free of need and Praiseworthy.Saheeh International

64:7
زَعَمَ
ٱ لَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓ ا۟ أَن ل َّن ي ُبْ عَثُوا۟ ۚ قُلْ بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّى لَتُبْ عَثُنّ َ ثُمّ َ لَتُنَبَّؤُنّ َ بِمَا عَمِلْتُمْ ۚ وَذَٰ لِكَ عَلَىٱ للَّهِ يَسِي رٌۭ ٧ZaAAama allatheena kafaroo an lanyubAAathoo qul bala warabbee latubAAathunna thummalatunabbaonna bima AAamiltum wathalika AAalaAllahi yaseer
The faithless claim that they will not be resurrected. Say, ‘Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did, and that is easy for Allah.’Ali Quli Qarai
Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allāh, is easy."Saheeh International

64:8
فََٔامِنُو
ا۟ بِٱ للَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَٱ ل نّ ُورِٱ لَّذِىٓ أَنز َلْنَا ۚ وَٱ للَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِي رٌۭ ٨Faaminoo billahiwarasoolihi wannoori allathee anzalna wallahubima taAAmaloona khabeer
So have faith in Allah and His Apostle and the light, which We have sent down, and Allah is well aware of what you do.Ali Quli Qarai
So believe in Allāh and His Messenger and the light [i.e., the Qur’ān] which We have sent down. And Allāh is Aware of what you do.Saheeh International

64:9
يَوْمَ يَ
جْ مَعُكُمْ لِيَوْمِٱ لْجَمْعِ ۖ ذَٰ لِكَ يَوْمُٱ ل تَّغَابُنِ ۗ وَمَن ي ُؤْمِنۢ ب ِٱ للَّهِ وَيَعْمَلْ صَٰ لِحً ۭا ي ُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَئَِّاتِهِۦ وَيُدْ خِلْهُ جَنّ َٰ تٍ ۢت َجْ رِى مِن ت َحْتِهَاٱ لْأَنْهَٰ رُ خَٰ لِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدً ۭا ۚ ذ َٰ لِكَٱ لْفَوْزُٱ لْعَظِي مُ ٩Yawma yajmaAAukum liyawmi aljamAAi thalikayawmu attaghabuni waman yu/min billahiwayaAAmal salihan yukaffir AAanhu sayyi-atihiwayudkhilhu jannatin tajree min tahtihaal-anharu khalideena feeha abadan thalikaalfawzu alAAatheem
When He will you bring you together for the Day of Gathering, it will be a day of privation [and regret]. As for those who have faith in Allah and act righteously, He shall absolve them of their misdeeds and admit them into gardens with streams running in them, to remain in them forever. That is the great success.Ali Quli Qarai
The Day He will assemble you for the Day of Assembly - that is the Day of Deprivation. And whoever believes in Allāh and does righteousness - He will remove from him his misdeeds and admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. That is the great attainment.Saheeh International

64:10
وَ
ٱ لَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بَِٔايَٰ تِنَآ أُو۟ لَٰٓ ئِكَ أَصْحَٰ بُٱ ل نّ َارِ خَٰ لِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ وَبِئْسَٱ لْمَصِي رُ ١٠Wallatheena kafaroo wakaththaboobi-ayatina ola-ika as-habuannari khalideena feeha wabi/sa almaseer
But as for those who are faithless and deny Our signs, they will be the inmates of the Fire, to remain in it [forever], and it is an evil destination.Ali Quli Qarai
But the ones who disbelieved and denied Our verses - those are the companions of the Fire, abiding eternally therein; and wretched is the destination.Saheeh International

64:11
م
َآ أَصَابَ مِن م ُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِٱ للَّهِ ۗ وَمَن ي ُؤْمِنۢ ب ِٱ للَّهِ يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُۥ ۚ وَٱ للَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِي مٌۭ ١١Ma asaba min museebatinilla bi-ithni Allahi waman yu/min billahiyahdi qalbahu wallahu bikulli shay-in AAaleem
No affliction visits [anyone] except by Allah’s leave. Whoever has faith in Allah, He guides his heart, and Allah has knowledge of all things.Ali Quli Qarai
No disaster strikes except by permission of Allāh. And whoever believes in Allāh - He will guide his heart. And Allāh is Knowing of all things.Saheeh International

64:12
وَأَطِيعُو
ا۟ ٱ للَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱ ل رَّسُولَ ۚ فَإِن ت َوَلَّيْتُمْ فَإِنّ َمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَاٱ لْبَلَٰ غُٱ لْمُبِي نُ ١٢WaateeAAoo Allaha waateeAAooarrasoola fa-in tawallaytum fa-innama AAalarasoolina albalaghu almubeen
Obey Allah and obey the Apostle; but if you turn away, then Our Apostle’s duty is only to communicate in clear terms.Ali Quli Qarai
And obey Allāh and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification.Saheeh International

64:13
ٱللَّهُ ل
َآ إِلَٰ هَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ وَعَلَىٱ للَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِٱ لْمُؤْمِنُو نَ ١٣Allahu la ilaha illahuwa waAAala Allahi falyatawakkali almu/minoon
Allah—there is no god except Him—in Allah let all the faithful put their trust.Ali Quli Qarai
Allāh - there is no deity except Him. And upon Allāh let the believers rely.Saheeh International

64:14
يَ
ٰٓ أَيُّهَاٱ لَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓ ا۟ إِنّ َ مِنْ أَزْوَٰ جِكُمْ وَأَوْلَٰ دِكُمْ عَدُوًّ ۭا ل َّكُمْ فَٱ حْذَرُوهُمْ ۚ وَإِن ت َعْفُوا۟ وَتَصْفَحُوا۟ وَتَغْفِرُوا۟ فَإِنّ َٱ للَّهَ غَفُورٌ ۭر َّحِي مٌ ١٤Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooinna min azwajikum waawladikum AAaduwwan lakum fahtharoohumwa-in taAAfoo watasfahoo wataghfiroo fa-inna Allahaghafoorun raheem
O you who have faith! Indeed, you have enemies among your spouses and children; so beware of them. Yet if you excuse, forbear, and forgive, then Allah is indeed all-forgiving, all-merciful.Ali Quli Qarai
O you who have believed, indeed, among your spouses and your children are enemies to you, so beware of them. But if you pardon and overlook and forgive - then indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.Saheeh International

64:15
إِ
نّ َمَآ أَمْوَٰ لُكُمْ وَأَوْلَٰ دُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ ۭۚ و َٱ للَّهُ عِند َهُۥٓ أَجْ رٌ عَظِي مٌۭ ١٥Innama amwalukum waawladukumfitnatun wallahu AAindahu ajrun AAatheem
Rather, your possessions, and children are a test, and Allah—with Him is a great reward!Ali Quli Qarai
Your wealth and your children are but a trial, and Allāh has with Him a great reward.Saheeh International

64:16
فَ
ٱ تَّقُوا۟ ٱ للَّهَ مَاٱ سْتَطَعْتُمْ وَٱ سْمَعُوا۟ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ وَأَنف ِقُوا۟ خَيْرً ۭا ل ِّأَنف ُسِكُمْ ۗ وَمَن ي ُوقَ شُحَّ نَفْسِهِۦ فَأُو۟ لَٰٓ ئِكَ هُمُٱ لْمُفْلِحُو نَ ١٦Fattaqoo Allaha maistataAAtum wasmaAAoo waateeAAoo waanfiqookhayran li-anfusikum waman yooqa shuhha nafsihi faola-ikahumu almuflihoon
So be wary of Allah, as much as you can, and listen and obey, and spend [in the way of Allah]; that is better for yourselves. Those who are saved from their own greed—it is they who are the felicitous.Ali Quli Qarai
So fear Allāh as much as you are able and listen and obey and spend [in the way of Allāh]; it is better for your selves. And whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul - it is those who will be the successful.Saheeh International

64:17
إِ
ن ت ُقْ رِضُوا۟ ٱ للَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنً ۭا ي ُضَٰ عِفْهُ لَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ۚ وَٱ للَّهُ شَكُورٌ حَلِي مٌ ١٧In tuqridoo Allaha qardanhasanan yudaAAifhu lakum wayaghfir lakum wallahushakoorun haleem
If you lend Allah a good loan, He shall multiply it for you and forgive you, and Allah is all-appreciative, all-forbearing,Ali Quli Qarai
If you loan Allāh a goodly loan, He will multiply it for you and forgive you. And Allāh is [most] Appreciative and Forbearing,Saheeh International

64:18
عَ
ٰ لِمُٱ لْغَيْبِ وَٱ ل شَّهَٰ دَةِٱ لْعَزِيزُٱ لْحَكِي مُ ١٨AAalimu alghaybi washshahadatialAAazeezu alhakeem
Knower of the sensible and the Unseen, the All-mighty, the All-wise.Ali Quli Qarai
Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.Saheeh International
